Our Roots Go Deep
The story of Ox & Oak Vineyards
As above, so below. The branches of the namesake great white oak tree at Ox & Oak Vineyards may no longer stretch across the stone wall-lined road to join the two properties, but its roots still span deep and far into the field where grapes are planted. It was a sad time when the oak tree didn’t sprout leaves that spring.
The actual age of this solid white oak has not yet been determined, however, the tree is estimated to have been an acorn growing around the time of the American Revolution. This is one big old tree. It is our promise to history, heritage, and the once beautiful iconic tree to live on through Ox & Oak Vineyards.

Our Wines
Estate Traminette
A medium-bodied white wine with a fragrant aroma of lychee, orange blossom, and stone fruit very easy drinking.
Estate Chardonel
This wine is lightly oaked with flavors of green apple, pear, and pineapple. Neutral barrel aged for 13 months.
Estate Seyval Blanc
A dry white wine that is light and crispy with high acidity. Flavors of citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, and noticeable minerality on the palate.
East-Meets-West
A unique blend of Estate Grüner Veltliner and Grenache Blanc that creates a full bodied wine. Very fruit forward aromas of Asian pear, honeysuckle, citrus, nectarine, and white pepper.
Estate Melange Rosé
This wine has fruity flavors of blood orange, hibiscus, strawberry, and lemon – it has the right balance of acidity and tannins to make this an easy drinking wine, serve chilled or room temperature.
3 Galettes
(Double Gold-Gold Winner)
3 Galettes is a traditional Rhone style blend of Mourvédre, Grenache, and Syrah. Fruit forward flavors of blackberry and blueberry with hints of strawberries and herbs and has a slightly spicy finish.
Estate Tempranillo
This full-bodied wine has rich aromas of cherry, plum and dried fig with a slight hint of vanilla on the nose. Tempranillo has a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla, and cocoa.
Estate Melange
Our blend of estate and purchased grapes makes a medium bodied wine with low tannins and moderate acid. Plenty of rich flavor of earthiness, dark fruit and cherries.
Grenache
This wine has intense flavors of strawberry, cranberry, plum, and dried herbs.

AND A LOVE FOR THE CRAFT.
What started as a hobby years ago grew into a passion and now a budding business. Over 15 years ago, planted along our driveway are the original 9 plants that started our journey. With farming in our family history, we were naturals at maintaining a growing vineyard. Our quest was to ensure we were growing grape varietals that worked best with our terroir to produce fruity and earthy wines.
As Vintners, we love what we do and are always perfecting our winemaking skills. We attend conferences, trade shows, webex training sessions to stay on top of the latest techniques and tools available.
Our wines have been entered in amateur competitions and have won many double-gold, gold, and silver metals. We look forward to entering our wines in national competitions as professionals.
